Lunch & Learn is a quarterly lunch series held at the Chamber 12:00 to 1:00 pm, featuring different guest speakers giving presentations on a wide variety of topics on ways to improve your business. These presentations are for businesses of all sizes, or even someone thinking of starting a new business. You are not required to be a Chamber Member to attend a Lunch & Learn, but RSVPs are requested. Lunch will be provided or you may choose to bring your own. 2019 SCARE ON THE SQUARE was a terrific success! Beautiful weather and loads of costumed characters, tricking and treating around downtown shops and at the Farmers Market!
Thursday, November 14 was our annual "Stacks of Thanks" breakfast. We treat our Chamber members to a delicious pancake breakfast starting at 7:00 am.
Our Chamber Board Members are coking things up right here on the spot to show our appreciation for our members and their businesses.
It was a great way to start off a good day!
The Annual Lighted Christmas Parade rolls through Downtown Gainesville on the first Thursday of December.
Local businesses, schools, churches, and civic organizations enter to win great prizes including the coveted "Mayor's Cup" awarded to the best overall entry!
***All entries must be lighted and Santa is not allowed on your float. He will be on the Chamber float at the end of the parade to light the community Christmas tree!***
