Petroleum Technology Adjunct Faculty
North Central Texas College is accepting applications for a Petroleum Technology Adjunct Instructor; Part Time; Bowie, Texas
Responsibilities include teaching college courses in Petroleum Technology. The applicant must have an industry based knowledge of oil and gas production, drilling methods, and gas processing. Classes scheduled during the day or evening depending on enrollment. Compensation is $590 per load unit.
Associate degree in Petroleum Technology or related field.
3 years current work experience in the petroleum industry with an AAS; 8 years current work experience without a degree. The applicant must have an industry based knowledge of oil and gas production, drilling methods, and gas processing. Good communication skills, in order to convey information to students.
Skills & Abilities:
Communication skills, math, geology science, gas process knowledge, drilling knowledge, and oil and gas production methods. Must work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
